Eutech On/Off or Proportional DO 1000 Dissolved Oxygen Controller, 1/4-DIN, 220 VAC

The Oakton Eutech WD-53400-05, 220V AC, DO 1000 controller has a 1/4 DIN-sized housing, and choice of on/off, proportional pulse length, or proportional pulse frequency control types. A DO controller is used to control wastewater and aquaculture processes. This controller features a large, dual LCD for simultaneous display of DO and temperature compensation, and clear mode and function annunciators. It has a selectable readout, and ATC for ease of use. It has push-button calibration at one or two points for ease of use, and a choice of on/off, proportional pulse length, or pulse frequency for a variety of control types. Its 1/4 DIN-sized housing fits into standard sized panel cutouts and includes mounting hardware for ease of use and installation. The controller has two-level password protection with four-digit password lockout for security. The first level gives calibration access and the second level allows set-up for parameter changes. It has an alarm relay, and separately adjustable high and low set point hysteresis bands to control relay actions. The controller has removable power blocks on its back for power supply, temperature input and cold contact SPDT relay terminals. It has a splash-resistant Ingress Protection (IP) 54-rated keyboard, for protection against solid objects or liquids, and has audible clicks to confirm button has been pressed.

The WD-53400-05 controller measures DO and temperature. It has a % saturation range of 0.00 to 200%, resolution 1%, accuracy + or - 1.5% full-scale. Its mg/l (ppm) range is 0.0 to 20.00 mg/l (ppm), resolution 0.01 mg/l (ppm), accuracy+ or - 1.5% full-scale. Temperature range is 0 to 50 degrees C, resolution 0.1 degree C, accuracy + or - 0.5 degrees C. ATC from -9.9 to 125 degrees C. It has calibration DO at 1 or 2 points (100% and 0% saturation), and temperature offset up to + or - 5 degrees C. The controller is selectable for isolated 0-20 or 4-20 amp (A) with transmitter/recorder output of 600 Ω maximum for hardcopy recording or remote monitoring. It has an output pulse length of 0.5 to 20.0 seconds or pulse frequency of 60 to 120 pulses per minute. Its hysteresis (dead band) is 0.1 to 1.0 mg/L; 1 to 10%. Relay delay is selectable at 0 to 2000 seconds, input impedance of 10E12 MΩ, and it has galvanic electrical isolation. Pressure correction is manual input from 555 to 808 mm Hg with automatic correction. The salinity correction is manual input from 0.0 to 50.0 ppt with automatic protection. Temperature sensor has a 100 Ω Platinum RTD terminal strip. It has a nonvolatile memory to maintain set-up when power fails, and has protections against electromagnetic interference. The controller’s dimensions are 3.8(l) x 3.8(w) x 6.9 (h) inches (9.6[l] x 9.6[w] x 17.5[h] cm), it weighs 1.5 lbs (0.7 kg), and it is used with 220V AC (6 A max)/48-62 Hz.
