Brix Saccharometer with temperature correction scale for measuring sugar content between 7.5 and 16 Brix. This saccharometer will measure the sugar content of wine grapes, fruit juice or brewer's wort between 7.5 and 16 Brix with 0.1 resolution. It is calibrated to provide readings at 20C (68F) and has an internal thermometer and temperature correction scale to adjust readings tested between 12C and 34C (54F and 93F). This saccharometer is also used to measure Plato since the Plato scale and Brix scale are virtually identical. |
