PEAK film viewer. This three element lens is adjustable for individual focusing, and covers the entire frame of 35mm film, compensating for spherical aberration while allowing comparatively high power viewing. In addition to general use, it is also good for microfilm and x-ray film. A scale of 30mm in length, graduated at a pitch of 1mm, is photoengraved at the lower edge of the transparent acrylic skirt. The scale image appears on the viewer without obstructing the field of vision. Holder and handle that are made to prevent scratches on the film at the time of its insertion.
