This Parco Scientific 50-CXTT compound microscope features a Siedentopf 30° inclined trinocular head designed to reduce eye and neck strain. It is equipped with a 48mm–75mm interpupillary adjustment, and a diopter adjustment on one ocular tube to compensate for eye-strength difference when needed. It features a reverse nosepiece to facilitate easy slide changes. Brightfield LED illumination illuminates the specimen from below, making the specimen appear bright, but much darker than the bright background.
