The new Dino-Lite AM4111T represents a significant upgrade from its cousin, the AM411T, thanks mainly to a new generation sensor which outputs higher quality 1.3MP images. Other refinements include a lower magnification starting at 2.5X, and the 2nd generation H-series housing with reinforced USB cable attachment. It also retains a host of standard features like MicroTouch trigger image capture and 8-LED illumination controlled by the software. The included PC/Mac compatible software is easy to use and takes still images, live video (up to 30fps resfresh rate) and time lapse video. Simply position the microscope at the desired working distance and then focus using the convenient scroll wheel on the housing. Images can be stored in multiple popular formats and emailed. The microscope connects via high speed USB 2.0 to your computer and is housed in a rugged ABS plastic shell.
