The DS1921K# includes the stainless steel DS1921G iButton, which is used to record and store temperature readings at user-defined intervals wirelessly, and all hardware required to communicate with it. The DS1921K# is a Thermochron iButton starter kit that provides the basic hardware for a quick evaluation of Maxim's Thermochron iButton family that communicates using the 1-Wire protocol.
