This optical refractometer has a scale in the range of 45~82% Brix. The reading resolution is 0.2 %. The scale has been magnified and high precision measurements are possible.It is developed for working with sugar related liquids (fruit juice, soft-drinks, wine, honey), help monitor to control sugar concentrations in foods and beverages.
