DR380 coating thickness tester is a dual gauge, in accordance with the national industry: coating the surface coverage GB/T 8393-1996 standard professional measurement of metal material layer thickness of the object of professional nondestructive testing instrument, simple use, convenient carrying, large size, large LCD display, backlight direct reading more clearly, the use of imported high-quality metal probe structure precision strong, better repeatability, performance is still good. It uses the following different methods according to the different metal matrix.
A. magnetic thickness measurement, nondestructive measure magnetic metal substrates (such as steel and iron) and non-magnetic thickness (such as zinc, chromium, indium, enamel, rubber, paint, powder, electrophoresis, enamel, paint coating, etc.)
B. eddy thickness method, nondestructive measurement of non magnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel) on non conductive coating thickness (such as: paint, powder, plastic, rubber, enamel, enamel, electrophoresis, coating, spray layer etc.)
