The Famili FM201BB Food Scale is one of the handiest and easiest to use kitchen accessories. With only 2 buttons, a tempered glass surface with extremely accurate sensors, portion sizing and weighing foods/ingredients has never been so easy. Its tempered glass surface is 3x stronger than your average glass scale allowing you to weigh up to 11 lbs accurately and precisely. There are 4 high precision sensors beneath the tempered surface that are accurate to within 1g or 0.1oz. It also has a very visible large red backlit LCD display so it is easy to see in low-light conditions.

The FM201BB also has a zero/tare function in case you need to keep the tempered surface clean by applying a bowl or plate onto the surface when working with multiple ingredients. If you accidently forget to turn the scale off don't worry! These scales have an auto shut off feature that will do it for you, and it will also alert you when the batteries are getting low or if there is too much weight being applied onto the scale!
