HQRP Sugar Refractometer is for measuring the sugar content of beer and includes an automatic temperature compensation of 10 - 30 degree Celsius. It is used for measuring density of sugar related liquids such as fruit juice, soft-drinks, wine and wort. It also helps to control the sugar concentrations in foods and beverages. It is ideal for brewing and is extremely easy to use. This optical refractometer (brixmeter) has a scale in the range of 0 - 32 %Bx (% of the sugar content in an aqueous solution). The reading resolution is 0.2 %. |
