This multi-purpose digital thermometer sensor has a variety of uses: from science labs to heating & ventilation, from measuring food temperatures while cooking indoors to outdoor bar-b-ques. br>
The sensitive element is within a 180 mm long, 3.2 mm diameter stainless steel tube. This sensor can be used for temperature measurements in solids, liquids or gases.

Collect data for up to 30 days with readings every four minutes. Sensor is capable of measuring a wide range of temperatures; from -40 to 140 degrees Celsius and -40 to 284 degrees Fahrenheit with a resolution of 0.01 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
