The M160 is a highly-versatile microscope, with the features of both a high-powered biological microscope, and a low-powered inspection microscope. The wide range of magnifications -- 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, and 1000X -- provide the ability to view anything from garden leaves to microscopic cells. The upper and lower LED lighting system provides the transmitted illumination needed for translucent specimens like plant and animal cells, as well as reflected illumination for opaque objects like coins, stamps, leaves, and moss.
