It has a response time of 1 second in liquid for fast readings. The polyurethane coiled cable extends to 4' and withstands temperatures up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C). This probe is for monitoring temperatures of small and semi-solid food products. Not recommended for use in highly acidic or alkaline products such as citrus and tomato products.
