The Comark Instruments PK23M type-K thermocouple probe measures temperature from -58 to +482 degrees F (-50 to +250 degrees C), and has a 7" probe and handle. The probe is attached to a 7' ovenproof lead that is insulated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) for protection from high temperatures. Its sub-miniature connector attaches to a thermocouple kit or thermometer. It has a response time of 2 seconds for fast readings. This probe is designed for use in monitoring temperatures of meat and food products. |
