LPTC Counter-top Temperature Controller with High Temperature Sensor 110 vac, 15A

The Low Profile Temperature Controller model LPTC is assembled in the USA and is a fully wired "plug and play" compact modular digital thermostatic controller that can be used to control temperature within cooling enclosures such as refrigerators or freezers or for controlling heating liquids (water, milk) using table-top appliances like slow cookers or electric griddles. The controller requires the appliance have a 110vac power cord, and maximum continuous current requirement of 15A or less. The LPTC is now capable of measuring and controlling temperatures from -30 ℃ to 300 ℃ / -22 ℉ to 572 ℉. The sensor cable is a full 8 ft long terminating with 3 ft of thin (less than .060 inch dia.) and flexible heat-resistant fluro-polymer insulated wires. The SS probe is less than .150 in. diameter that along with the ultra-thin wires make it easy to fit in tight places or under cooker lids without creating gaps. NEW: Additional high temperature meat-and-liquid probe is now included at no extra cost.
