The Comark Instruments PT19L type-T thermocouple probe measures temperature from -148 to +482 degrees F (-100 to +250 degrees C), and has 3" stem and a 1.5mm tip for reduced impact on food products. The probe handle is attached to a coiled lead that stretches to extend reach. Its Lumberg locking connector attaches to a thermocouple kit or thermometer.
