GW Instek GLP-1A Logic Probe and Pulser, 4VDC to 18VDC Operating Voltage, 50MHz Maximum Input Frequency

The GLP-1A logic pulser can be used to perform in-circuit testing of TTL, CMOS, and many other logic devices at a maximum of 50 MHz. The GLP-1A is enhanced with a logic probe function with a minimum detectable pulse width of 10 ns, providing enough sensitivity for most applications. A Short 10 sec pulse width assures that no damage will occur to circuits whilst testing. With a weight less than 50g, a non-slip grip, and an external sync input, GLP-1A provides comfort and reliability for various troubleshooting tasks. Display: 8 digits with Hz, kHz, MHz, GHz, s, ms, microseconds, and overflow. Gate time: Variable from 10ms to 10s, or 1 period of input depending on whichever is greater. Accuracy: +/- (resolution +/- timebase error). Channel A: Range: DC coupling: 0.01Hz to 120 MHz, AC coupling: 30Hz to 120 MHz. Sensitivity: 10mV typical, 50mV maximum. Coupling: AC or DC, selectable. Filter: Low pass, selectable in or out for channel A (-3dB point, nominal 100kHz). Impedance: 1 megohms//40 picofarad. Attenuator: 1/1 or 1/20dB. Trigger level: -2.5VDC to +2.5VDC. Adjustment resolution: For frequency measurement, the maximum resolution is 100nHz for 1Hz and 0.1Hz for 100 MHz inputs respectively. For period measurement, the maximum resolution is 10ns for 1Hz input, and 0.1x10-15s for 100 MHz inputs respectively. Display accuracy: 7 digits for 1 sec gate time, 6 digits for 100ms gate time, 5 digits for 10ms gate time. Power Source, 100 MHz Bandwidth: 100V/120V/220V/230V +/- 10 percent, 50/60Hz AC.
