The Ohaus OS7000091230L Valor 7000 30L Compact Bench Scale is a food scale with a capacity of 15kg/30lb., a readability of 0.5g/0.001lb, a 300 x 225mm (W x D) stainless steel weighing pan, a control panel with function keys, dual LCDs and touchless sensors, five selectable weighing units, and five built-in applications for food processing and preparation tasks. (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The scale has colored LED indicators for checkweigh mode, front and rear backlit LCDs for multiple users, and touchless sensors for hands-free operation.
