This Megger lead set with large insulated clips includes one red, one blue, and one black test lead for use with Megger 5- and 10-kilovolt (kV) insulation resistance testers. Each test lead has a large test clip for hands-free connection to a large conductor. The insulated clips are rated for a maximum input of 10 kV of direct current (DC) voltage. They meet International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) safety standard 61010 and are certified for use with category IV installations up to 600V, which covers measurements at the source of the low-voltage supply, such as electricity meters and overcurrent protection devices.
