The AWS RDIA-150 150 Lb-in Rundown Fixture 1/4 inch Drive is required for accurate torque measurement for power-driven torque controlled tools (electric, hydraulic or pneumatic). The RDF Joint Simulator are not necessary or useful when measuring torque on manually-operated torque tools (screw-drivers, wrenches, etc.) It simulates the conditions found when using the tool in real-world conditions, allowing the speed of the power tool motor to ramp-up to normal operating speeds resulting in a more accurate and repeatable measurement of the torque. The Joint Simulator is typically fabricated from machined steel with the appropriate drive size as needed. Internally it is comprised of a series of Belleville washers, designed to compress as the bolt tightens. By varying the arrangement of these washers, various joint rates can be simulated soft, medium and hard.Unless otherwise, specified, Joint Simulators are configured to simulate a medium joint. The joint rates can be adjusted by the user by changing the orientation of the Belleville washers upside down.

The Shimpo DT-5TXR panel-mount tachometer with 100 to 240VAC power accepts input from a variety of sensors, includes selectable input signals, and accepts up to two output modules. This panel-mount tachometer accepts input from NPN open collectors, contact sensors, square wave sensors, and sine wave sensors, and is used for measuring rotational and linear speed from 10 to 99,999rpm with accuracy to + or - 0.008 percent, as well as elapsed time and process time. Selectable input signals and display update time allow the operator to monitor, control, and analyze a wide variety of processes. It accepts up to two output modules for recordkeeping, data analysis, and/or process control. The six-digit red LED display with selectable decimal point and two secondary six-digit displays presents clear test results. The front cover is rated to IP 66 level of protection against dust and high-pressure water jets, and the panel measures 1/8 DIN according to Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61554 for industry-standard mounting. This tachometer tolerates a voltage range of 85 to 264VAC at 50/60Hz and can utilize an existing power transformer, and it provides DC voltage to power-compatible sensors. It comes with mounting adapters, mounting screws, a decal sheet, and instructions. This tachometer is suitable for measuring rotational speed and other measurements in mechanical or industrial engineering environments.SpecificationsRange10 to 99,999rpm (at 1 p/r), 0.2 to 30,000rpm (at 60 p/r)Accuracy+/-0.008% +/-1 digitDisplay update time0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 seconds (selectable)Input signal characteristicsNPN open collector maximum frequency 100kHz; contact closure maximum frequency 20Hz; square wave maximum frequency 30kHz; sine wave (magnetic pickup) maximum frequency 10kHzSensor power supply12VDC (150mA)Working temperature32 to 113 degrees F (0 to 45 degrees C)WeatherproofingIP 66Power requirement85 to 264VAC (50/60Hz)Dimensions1.89 x 3.78 x 5.27 inches/48 x ...

The Shimpo M6 thread test stand grip is an accessory for Shimpo force gauge test stands that attaches to a test stand to allow testing on a range of materials. The attachment has an M6 thread.A choice of grip styles is available. The small-pin grip attachment (also called pin grip attachment) has a 22 lb. (11 kg) capacity and is for gripping wires and filaments. The fine-point grip attachment is for gripping fine- to medium-gauge wire, ribbon tape, and paper. The spring-loaded film grip attachment with serrated jaws has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity. The spool grip attachment has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity and is for anchoring hard-to-hold items such as thread and filaments. The wedge grip attachment has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity and has jaws that close on the specimen and tighten as tension is applied for testing wires, strip material, plastic tape, or film. The Jacobs chuck grip attachment has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity and is for testing low-gauge wire and rigid rods. The flat chuck grip attachment with serrated faces has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity for tensile testing. The tape grip attachment with self-tightening action has a 100 lb. (45 kg) capacity for testing rubber, tape, and paper.Force gauges, also called push-pull gauges or tension gauges, measure the tensile (pull) or compression (push) force applied to an object. They are used to test the strength and functionality of a variety of machines, electronic components, cables, wires, and consumer products in scientific, medical, automotive, quality assurance, and manufacturing applications. A digital force gauge shows the amount of force in digits on the gauge's display. Response time varies among digital force gauges depending on the speed of the processor. An analog (or mechanical) force gauge shows measurements on a calibrated dial. Analog force gauges are not as precise as digital force gauges, but they provide instantaneous measurements and can be used in a wider range of environmental conditions than digital force gauges.
