Dwyer 1222 series Flex-Tube U-tube type manometer uses red gauge fluid, or mercury or green color concentrate to provide positive, negative, and differential pressure measurement for determining velocity and static pressures, leakage, fan and blower efficiency, filter resistance, and gas pressures. The columns are composed of 1/8" outside diameter flexible and shatterproof clear butyrate tubing for use with colored water, red fluid, or mercury (sold separately). The manometer is calibrated in inH2O or mmH2O using water and is available in W/M-style for use with fluorescein green concentrate or mercury (sold separately), or D-style for use with red gauge fluid. The water column has 1/10" divisions for inch scales or 2mm for metric units. Units are silkscreened in black on a white background to ease reading. The manometer has magnetic clips to mount on vertical surfaces and a clamp bar to prevent slipping. Magnets are removable to customize mounting. The manometer includes a bottle of fluorescein green or red gauge fluid.SpecificationsPressure typesStatic, vacuum, and differentialMedia typeAir and gasWetted parts materialAcrylic plasticCase materialVinyl tubingScaleInches of water, inches of mercuryFluid typeRed or green gauge fluid, or mercuryConnection1/8"MountMagnetic clipsMaximum pressure50psi, intermittentlyMaximum vacuum20 inHg (10 inHg absolute), intermittentlyMaximum temperature130 degrees FH is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.Manometers measure the pressure of a liquid or gas. The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has copper alloy wetted parts, which resist corrosion against salty liquids, and a circular dial that is three inches in diameter and enclosed in a forged brass case for increased durability in corrosive environments. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the lower back of the gauge and has a 1/4" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use with paper machines and hydraulic presses.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying increments of measure across a given range.WIKA Instrument Corporation is a global manufacturer of pressure and temperature measurement instruments, including pressure gauges, diaphragm seals, pressure transmitters, and thermometers, that meet International Organizati...

Designed to be the most adaptable switch on the market, the 69J offers the user the flexibility to build the pressure switch around the compressor-not the other way around. The unloader can be mounted on the front or either side, and can be rotated to any of eight different positions allowing for quicker assembly and shorter tubing. Bottom cable entry is also available with unique built-in clamping strain relief for even quicker assembly. With thousands of variations right off the production line, the 69J provides maximum flexibility at minimum cost. 69JF7LY: 95 cut-in PSI and 125 cut-out PSI.

The Winters PFP series pressure gauge with stainless steel 316 wetted parts has a glycerin-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case and a 1/4" NPT male connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1% or 1.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. The socket for the 2.5" and 4" gauges is one-piece welded for strength. The stainless steel 304 case is corrosion resistant and Ingress Protection certified IP66 for protection against solid objects, including dust or liquids, and is appropriate for outdoor and severe ambient and process conditions. The circular dial comes in 2.5" (63 mm), 4" (100 mm), and 6" (150 mm) diameters and is filled with glycerin for protection against vibration and pulsation. The dial is white aluminum with black and red markings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer, and the lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The pointer for the 4" and 6" gauges is micrometer adjustable for ease of calibration. The gauge measures pressure with either a single scale in psi or Hg. vacuum, or a dual scale of either psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% of full scale value. The 4" and 6" gauge are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. The male connection has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate and comes with a bottom, lower back, or center back mount. The bourdon tube is drawn seamless stainless steel 316 for additional strength, the movement is stainless steel 304, and the welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) for strength. The socket gasket, fill plug, and lens ring gasket are all made of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 30% for pressures up to 600 psi (4,147 kPa) and 15% for pressures over 600 psi (4,147 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -4 to 150 degrees F (-20 to 65 degrees C). ...
