The Winters P3S 300 series pressure gauge with brass wetted parts has a circular dial enclosed in an aluminum case, and a lower mount male connection with NPT rate, and measures pressure with a dual scale (psi/kPa)/(Hg. vacuum/kPa) with a display accuracy of + or - 0.5%. The brass wetted parts are for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. The circular dial is white aluminum, 4.5" (115 mm) or 6" (150 mm) in diameter, and enclosed in an aluminum case that is painted black and Ingress Protection certified IP52 for protection against dust and liquids. The front flange is polished stainless steel. The dial has an aluminum anodized black pointer that is micrometer-adjustable for ease of calibration, and the lens is glass for clarity. The gauge measures pressure with a dual scale of psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The gauge is accurate to + or - 0.5% over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 2A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom of the gauge and has either a 1/4" or a 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The ring for the gauge is polished stainless steel. The bourdon tube is phosphor bronze for pressure ranges up to 600 psi (4,137kPa) and stainless steel 316L for ranges over 600 psi (4,137kPa). The welding is a tin/copper alloy for pressure ranges up to 600 psi (4,137 kPa) and a silver alloy for pressure ranges over 600 psi (4,137kPa). The over-pressure limit is 30% for pressures up to 600 psi (4,137 kPa), 25% for pressures from 600 to 1,400 psi (4,137 to 9,653 kPa), and 15% for pressures over 1,400 psi (9,653 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -40 to 150 degrees F (-40 to 65 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for boiler and control room applications with air, steam, oil, and fresh water.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given applicati...

The PIC Gauge 312D-402CH pressure gauge has stainless steel 316 wetted parts, which provide corrosion resistance, and a dry, fillable, 4" circular dial enclosed in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel case. The dry case can be filled with fluid (not included). Fluid dampens vibration and reduces wear, increasing accuracy and life span compared to dry pressure gauges. The laminated safety glass lens is resistant to corrosion and scratching that can cause reading errors. The black aluminum pointer is adjustable, and the stainless steel bezel is removable. This gauge features an accuracy of + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) Grade 2A accuracy class. The male connection mounted on the lower back portion of the gauge is welded to the case and has a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. The pressure gauge is suitable for measuring pressure in corrosive environments.

The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying...
