This Parker P31CA92GEMN5LNW filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator two-piece combination is part of the P31 Mini Series for pneumatic systems. The filter removes oil, water, and particulate as small as 5 micron; the regulator is a relieving type for venting excess pressure from the line; and the lubricator delivers oil over a wide range of air flows, with an adjustable delivery rate. The regulator and lubricator have polycarbonate bowls for resistance to oil, gas, and impact, with a guard for protection. The regulator has a manual drain. The unit comes with a gauge and mounting bracket. This element/regulator/lubricator unit has an operating pressure range of 0 to 125 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) and a high-flow 1/4" National Pipe Thread (NPT) port for a flow rate of 28 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm). Compressed air filters remove pollutants and submicronic contaminants from clean air in compressed air handling and preparation systems. Clean compressed air provides and controls energy, conveys materials, and is critical to the safe operation of equipment in many industries. Compressed air filters remove particulates (dirt), oil, water, and oil vapor. They can be combined with other units, integrating with either a regulator, which controls excess pressure for better performance, or a lubricator, which adds oil mist to the air, or both. They are typically constructed of metal, such as zinc or type 316 stainless steel, or transparent polycarbonate, and are available with optional indicators, gauges, and drain configurations depending on the application. Compressed air filters are used in a wide range of applications, including food processing, electronics, health care, and instrumentation, among others.Parker Hannifin manufactures electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic motion technologies and systems for liquid handling, filtration, sealing and shielding, climate control, process control, and aerospace applications. The company, founded in 1918, is headquartered in Cleveland, OH.

The WIKA differential low pressure gauge has a circular dial that is 4" in diameter and is enclosed in a thermoplastic case with a polycarbonate window for increased durability in low temperature environments. The gauge measures pressure from 0.02 to 50 inch water column (inWC) and is accurate to + or - 3 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge. The female connection is a hosed barb that is made of plastic for increased durability. The gauge can be mounted and dismounted easily without the use of tools. The low pressure gauge is suitable for measuring differences of pressure in isolation chambers and for monitoring blowers and ventilators.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying increments of measure across a given range.WIKA Instrument Corporation is a global manufacturer of pressure and temperature measurement instruments, including pressure gauges, diaphragm seals, pressure transmitters, and thermometers, that meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards...

The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application.
