It has a 0 to 3 OD dynamic range with 0.001 OD resolution. The reader has a sample test capacity of six to 96 wells and performs end point, kinetic, and well-area scanning using wavelength-specific filters and 55 user-programmable protocols or Gen5 reader-control software. It has a 2-line 24-character LCD and includes cables for connection to a computer and printer. Optional Gen5 data-analysis software is sold separately.
