Series GX flow indicators have a single clear acrylic cylinder wall and are used to indicate flow or clarity of ultra-pure liquids such as demineralized water. They may also be used with corrosive chemicals that are compatible with acrylic. Plast-O-Matic flow and level indicators are designed to indicate the presence or clarity of liquid in a piping system or to indicate level in a tank. They offer a maximum viewing area with a full 360 degree visibility for dependable observation and inspection from a reasonable distance. With the exception of the Series GX flow indicator, which can only be used for liquids compatible with acrylic, all Plast-OMatic indicators utilize double-wall construction. O-ring seals are used on Series GX indicators allowing them to seal at extremely low pressures as well as high pressures. GX flow indicators are full ported, eliminating any possible flow resistance. Standard fasteners are stainless steel. The transparent outer cylinder wall is high impact strength acrylic. Optional fluttering streamers are corrosion resistant thermoplastic. Made of Polypropylene.

The Barnant GV-2100 falling ball viscometer includes two size #1 balls of different densities for measurement of the dynamic viscosity of transparent Newtonian fluids. It uses a glass ball for the 0.2 to 2.0 centipoise (cP) range and a 316 stainless steel ball for the 1.0 to 10cP range. An optional tantalum ball (sold separately) measures the 2.0 to 20cP range. The viscometer uses a 7mL sample size and the closed system allows testing highly evaporative and hydroscopically deteriorative solutions. It has wetted materials of glass, Viton, and Delrin acetal for corrosion resistance. This falling ball viscometer is suitable for testing a variety of fluids used in laboratories, research and development, process control, and plant quality control applications. A viscometer, also called a viscosimeter, is an instrument used to measure the friction caused by the relative motion of a Newtonian fluid and a known surface, and is usually expressed in units of poise (P), centipoise (cP), pascal seconds (Pa s), and millipascal seconds (mPa s). The new Pocket Colorimeter II Filter Photometer is a true go-anywhere instrument. It's lightweight and battery operated, suitable for extended field work or quick, on-the-spot process monitoring. The instrument has two channels in which measurements can be made. Each channel will accept a user-defined calibration curve. Up to 10 standards can be used to determine the calibration. The curve is generated by a point-to-point straight line segment between each standard used. Linear and non-linear positive or negative slope calibrations can be performed. A calibration curve may also be manually entered from the keypad if a previously determined curve has been made on the Colorimeter. At least two data pairs (concentration and absorbance) are required.
