The Mitutoyo 568-014 Borematic LCD Bore Gauge Display Unit reads measurement ranges of 6 to 12 mm, 12 to 25 mm, 25 to 50 mm, and 50 to 100 mm. It has a resolution of 0.00005"/0.001 mm. The 330-degree rotatable LCD offers quick and error-free measurement reading and displays both inch and metric readings. This display unit is for use with Mitutoyo Borematic interchangeable measuring heads (sold separately).Bore gauges measure holes, or bores, in a workpiece. They can measure the interior diameter of a hole at any depth, while internal micrometers can only measure to the depth of their teeth. Bore gauges are typically calibrated with a setting ring and come in two types: simple and direct-measuring. Simple bore gauges are used with a caliper to transfer the hole measurement, while the more complex gauges take the measurement directly, and display it through a vernier, dial, or digital display. Bore gauges have a two- or three-point contact, indicating how many points on the gauge head touch the inside of the bore. Two-point contacts are better at measuring ovality, while three-point contacts are used to measure lobing or triangular form error. Pistol-grip bore gauges are used for fast, single-handed operation with repeatable results from one operator to another. Bore gauges can also be used in special applications, such as measuring threads, spline pitch diameters, and deep bores.Mitutoyo manufactures precision measuring tools, metrology equipment, and related systems. The company, founded in Tokyo in 1934, formed Mitutoyo America Corporation in 1963 with headquarters in Aurora, IL.

These are the most popular inside micrometers because of their lightness, ease of use, and range. They are very useful for measuring inside diameters of cylinders and rings, measuring parallel surfaces, etc. The desired range is obtained by assembling rods and spacing collars to the micrometer head. Measuring rods are provided with a shoulder that is set accurately in the micrometer head and locked in position. When assembling rods to the A and B heads, the reading line on the micrometer head should be lined up with the marking on each rod (except for the 50-75mm rods). Rod diameters are approximately 8.5mm. Each rod has individual length adjustment for the anvil by means of special wrenches furnished. Movement of screw: 25mm, number of measuring rods: 4, Number of spacing collars: One 25mm Two 50mm.

This Dixon Valve GL105 vacuum gauge has a 1/4" National Pipe Taper (NPT) male threaded lower mount, a 2" display face and an ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) case with a polycarbonate crystal, and measures vacuum to 30" of mercury (Hg). The gauge displays 0.5" Hg increments on a white dial face with a black aluminum pointer and has ASME B40.1, Grade B accuracy (plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of span). Vacuum is measured using a bronze bourdon tube and the gauge has a brass movement with a polyester segment for extended wear. This vacuum gauge has an operating temperature range of -40 to +150 degrees F and is suitable for use in a variety of applications, such as in petrochemical and chemical manufacturing.SpecificationsGauge typeVacuum gauge, 0 to 30" Hg, 0.5" Hg incrementsEnclosure2" display, ABS case, polycarbonate crystalAccuracyPlus or minus 3-2-3 percent of span, ASME B40.1, Grade BConnectionLower mount, 1/4" NPT maleOperating temperature range-40 to +150 degrees FPressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference, such as to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. A pressure gauge can also measure differential pressure, which is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured and display results on a dial...
