This new, unique tool enables anyone to cut Crown Molding with no math needed. Just place the tool in any inside corner or around any outside corner and: a. the reciprocal miter saw setting will be the exact angle for the miter saw to cut a perfect miter angle. b. the exact miter and bevel settings for compound angles will be shown in the easy to read windows for 38/52 and 45/45 degree crown slope angle moldings. Roof Pitch measurements and layouts can be made quickly and easily; measure or layout the rise per foot and/or roof pitch by degrees. Common Rafter measurements can be made with clarity and precision; measure and layout Plumb Cuts, Heel or Level cuts and/or Pitch. To support the understanding of the workings of the tool, various diagrams are printed on the tool to illustrate its proper use. The Miter Master Plus is .060" thick, 3-3/4" wide and 10" long. The Miter Master Plus is also available in a 16" size and can be purchased on Amazon, ASIN B0001NM0KZ4.

The Brown & Sharpe TESA stylus has a ball-shaped, carbide tip, an M1.6 thread size, and is designed for use with Interapid series metric dial test indicators. Carbide contact points are resistant to wear and magnetic fields.Dial indicators are also called dial gauges, dial calipers, and probe indicators. These precision measuring tools are used to accurately measure small linear distances and object sizes. The dial magnifies the measurement so that it can more easily be read by the human eye. Frequently used in manufacturing, laboratories, and other industrial or mechanical fields, dial indicators are used anywhere a small measurement must be found and recorded or transferred, such as checking the variation in tolerance of a workpiece. Standard dial indicators measure the displacement along the axis of the indicator. Dial test indicators are very similar to dial indicators, except that the axis of measurement is perpendicular to the axis of the indicator. Dial and dial test indicators can be analog, with a mechanical dial, or electronic, with a digital display. Some electronic models transfer the data electronically to a computer for recording and potential manipulation.Brown & Sharpe manufactures precision measuring equipment and metrology hand tools. The company, founded in 1833, played a key role in setting industrial standards in the United States. Brown & Sharpe was acquired by Hexagon Metrology in 2001 and is headquartered in North Kingstown, RI.

The Vermont Gage steel go (+) plug gage is a class ZZ metric gage for calibrating measuring equipment and gage parts. A certificate of accuracy traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is available for each gage, and each pin is marked with its size and direction of tolerance in sizes over .060â€. Each gage is sealed in a volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) bag and packaged with a rust preventative. All gages are made of cold-stabilized tool steel 60/62 Rockwell c (Rc), measure 2†long, are within .00001†round (per ASME B89.1.5), and have at least a 10-microinch finish for a smooth finish. Sizes are available from .20 mm to 25.50 mm in increments of .02 mm, with a tolerance of -.005 mm for longer wear. Plug gages are precision-ground cylindrical steel plugs used to measure the diameter and depth of drilled or machined holes. They are available in different classes, based on acceptable tolerance (allowed deviation from the stated size). Standard tolerances and classes for cylindrical gages up to .825†are as follows: Class XX (.00002" or .0005 mm), Class X (.00004" or .0010 mm), Class Y (.00007" or .0018 mm), Class Z (.0001" or .0025mm), and Class ZZ (.0002" or .0050 mm). For gages with a wider diameter, tolerance gradually increases for each class. Vermont Precision Tools manufactures precision round and ground pins, perforators, and special punches. The company, founded in 1968 and headquartered in Swanton, VT, formed Vermont Gage division in 1980 to manufacture fixed limit gages. It meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 standards.
