The Standard Gage 00524105 electronic micrometer and caliper set includes a 0 to 1" outside micrometer, 0 to 6" calipers, and a depth measuring base for making precision measurements. The electronic micrometer has 0.0001" graduations on a chrome steel frame with precision of 0.00016" and an LCD with a numerical resolution of 0.00005". LCD function buttons include metric/inch conversion, zero setting, and origin. It has carbide-tipped measuring faces, a ratcheting friction thimble, and a nut for locking the spindle in place. The electronic calipers have a 0.0005" LCD resolution on a stainless steel frame. The calipers are made of stainless steel and have a thumb roller for adjusting the calipers. The depth measuring base is a T-bar style base that attaches to the calipers' ruled blade to aid depth measurement and is 76.2mm long to span holes and recesses for stable measurements. The calipers linear accuracy meets Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) 862 standards and the micrometer is Ingress Protection certified IP54 against dust and liquids. The electronic micrometer and calipers set comes with a fitted storage case and is typically used in manufacturing, machining, and mechanical engineering.SpecificationsMicrometer typeElectronic, outsideMicrometer measurement range0 to 1.0"Micrometer resolution0.00005"/0.001mmMicrometer precision0.00016"Micrometer LCD functionsAutomatic shut-off, metric/inch conversion, zero setting, and originMicrometer protection levelIP54Caliper typeElectronicCaliper measurement range0 to 6.0"Caliper resolution0.0005"Caliper LCD functionsOn/off, metric/inch conversion, and zero settingCaliper standardsDIN 862Digital calipers are measuring instruments commonly used for inspection in manufacturing to provide the precise measurements of an object. The Starrett 436.1 series outside micrometer has a vernier scale in inch units for taking precise outside diameter (OD) measurements, a tapered frame for measuring narrow slots and tight places, and a knurled friction thimble that helps provide quick adjustment capability. The micrometer’s steel frame has a baked enamel finish for protection and durability. The vernier scale on the thimble and sleeve is graduated to 0.0001†with a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish. The spindle and anvil have flat, micro-lapped measuring faces for accuracy and are carbide-tipped for wear resistance. A knurled ring-type lock nut helps provide secure locking of the measurement position.Micrometers are precision measuring instruments that use a calibrated screw to measure small distances. These measurements are translated into large rotations of the screw that are then able to be read from a scale or a dial. Micrometers are typically used in manufacturing, machining, and mechanical engineering. There are three types of micrometer: outside, inside, and depth. Outside micrometers may also be called micrometer calipers, and are used to measure the length, width, or outside diameter of an object. Inside micrometers are typically used to measure interior diameter, as in a hole. Depth micrometers measure the height, or depth, of any shape that has a step, groove, or slot. The L.S. Starrett Company manufactures precision measuring tools, metrology and testing equipment, and saw blade products. The company was founded in 1880 and is headquartered in Athol, MA.

Instructions: Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the wrench into the shaft hole to turn clockwise180°, the workpiece can be sucked for processing. The workpiece is completed, the wrench can be inserted into the shaft hole to turn counterclockwise 180 °, you can remove the workpiece Maintenance: Sucker should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratching the surface, after using, the surface should be coated with oil to prevent corrosion. Use of ambient temperature: -40 ℃ -50 ℃. Do not knock, to prevent magnetic reduction. Strong dense pole permanent magnet sucker is for surface grinder, sparks machine, WEDM. Very fine spacing, uniform magnetic distribution, particularly for processing small thin parts. Worktable precision no change while magnetizing and demagnetizing. Panel with special treatment, no leakage, to prevent corrosion of cutting fluid. To prolong service life of the disk, it can be placed on the cutting fluid for storage.Six-surface fine grinding processing, the sucker can be used in vertical direction on the wire cutting machine cutting. High-performance magnetic steel disk, with suction, almost no remanence. Suction can be 120N / cm2. Application: The magnetic chuckcan be used for processing various magnetic conduction work pieces. For surface grinder, tool grinder, EDM and other applications. Thin & light weight work piece are ideally suitable because of fine-pitched magnetic poles Item number: 170424 1 x Hex wrench 4 x Mounting tabs 1 x Magnetic chuck
