ITO conductive film is a high-technology product obtained by the method of magnetron sputtering, transparent organic thin film on the transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive thin film coating by annealing treatment.
The thickness of the ITO film is different, the conductivity and transmittance of the film are also different. In general, under the same process conditions and with the same performance of the PET substrate material,the thicker the ITO film is, the smaller the surface resistance of PET-ITO film, light transmission rate is correspondingly smaller.
