Thanks for choosing Hylogy Digital Non-contact Infrared Thermometer. It has two modes: Body mode for measuring body temperature; Surface mode for measuring object surface temperature.
It's fast and accurate measurement, also the operation is simple and sanitary. You just need to use probe alignment forehead or other measure position and press the measuring key then the body temperature will be measured quickly and accurately in less than 2 seconds. Widely used in school, hospital, families and outdoor activities.

A New Continuous Measurement Mode
Press the On/Scan button to start the measurement, hold down the measurement button and continuously move until release the On/Scan button. It will automatically show the highest value in Body mode. And show the target actual value of the measured temperature in Surface mode.

Troubleshooting
If you happen to have problems while using the device, please refer to reasons below to check and resolve it.
1.Please note that body mode is for body temperature.
2.Unit setting. Make sure the device is in factory setting. ( LCD shows " 0.0 "in F4 When Unit is °C , shows " 32.0 "in F4 When Unit is °F. )
3.Measurement place. It is better to test behind the ear lobe.
4. The device should wait at least 20 minuets if he comes from high or low environment to achieve a new heat balance.
5.Testing results are affected by hair, perspiration, floating airflow, etc.
6.Make sure the measure distance is 1-3cm.
