Zircon's Leak Alert Plus electronic water detectors are now available in a 2, 5 or 8 pack to meet the specific needs of your home or office. Whether you're renting a small apartment or managing a large building complex, we have the product and the pack size that will save you thousands in costly repairs due to water damage. The Zircon's Leak Alert Plus comes in a new translucent body cover and includes both a flashing LED visual alarm and a loud (85dB) auditory alarm that will sound for up to 72 hours with any direct water contact. Place the Leak Alert Plus near water heaters, sinks, dishwashers, sump pumps, or anywhere the potential for flooding or leaks exists. The Leak Alert Plus is fully automatic operation with no wiring required. Should flooding occur, the Leak Alert Plus will float and continue to send out both the visual flashing and the audible signal until the battery is dead or it is no longer in contact with water. Operation includes a low battery warning for optimum performance. Just like your smoke detector, remember to check and replace your Leak Alert batteries every year.
