Digit-TL Temperature Data Logger with Enclosure

The Digit-TL is a battery powered temperature logging device, which collects data in a remote location, and stores it to internal memory. When finished, the data can be downloaded via the convenient USB connector. Traditional applications include shipping, weather monitoring, agriculture, and refrigeration. The miniature size makes it convenient for logging temperature on-the-go. Take it backpacking, or throw it in the glove box to see how temperature changes over time. Every data point is given a timestamp, so it is possible to see when temperature changes occur, and with 7 different log intervals, it is easy to customize how frequently data points are collected. Use the 2 programmable alarm thresholds to detect if temperatures exceeded permissible boundaries, such as in a refrigerator. On connection to USB, the red LED will illuminate if there was a problem, and the green LED will illuminate if there were no problems. One unique feature to this data logger is the included ambient light sensor. Although not a calibrated light measurement instrument, it can be used to detect the time of sunrise/sunset, lights on/off, or even open/closing the refrigerator door.
