With a large digital display, this tool gives measurements in feet/inches with 16ths, inches with 16ths, inches with 10ths (one decimal place), and centimeters with tenths (one decimal place). For added convenience, you can switch between imperial and metric systems with a simple touch of a button.

It has a standard length of 16 feet and can be changed from outside to inside mode. You can start at zero to measure from where the tape exits the housing or with a 3-inch offset to measure from the back of the housing. In addition, you can switch the display to flip horizontally so it can be read from either side of the housing.

Making life even easier, a hold function keeps the measurement taken on the display when retracting the blade, while the memory function retains this measurement even when the unit is off. Eight measurements can be held in memory storage for long- or short-term use.

To provide long-lasting strength, the durable, hard plastic housing protects the internal, automatic, high speed, rewind system and brake system. The ¾" carbon steel blade is rust-resistant to protect it from wet weather and is thin enough to allow for some pliability when taking measurements.

A bright yellow color serves to contrast the black and red markings on the blade, giving you standard measuring units of inches, 16ths, feet, centimeters and millimeters.
