Soil pH and Moisture Tester with 12-Pack of Conditioning Film

Maintain proper levels of soil acidity and moisture in your lawn and garden by using this Soil pH and Moisture Meter (HB-2). This meter includes 12 strips of conditioning film that are used to clean the metal plates on your meter. Never touch the plates with your hands or it may alter your readings. You can determine proper pH and moisture levels in your soil by inserting this HB-2 pH and Moisture Meter 2" into moist soil. No batteries are required, as the meter's two metal plates generate the energy required. The meter will show acidity levels in the upper scale, while showing moisture in the lower scale when switch button is held low. The higher your pH level, the more alkaline, and the lower your pH level, the more acidic it is. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14 and produces readings from 3.5 to 7.5. A reading of 7 shows a neutral value.
