The Fowler Wyler bullseye level is a circular spirit level for determining horizontal plane simultaneously in all directions and has three mounting holes for attaching to machinery and other equipment. The level has a sensitivity of 20 to 30 minutes. It has a glass face with a center marking for finding level and a stainless steel frame for durability and corrosion resistance. Levels are used in the building trades, engineering, surveying, and metalworking, among other applications.

Levels are instruments that are used to determine the true horizontal or vertical plane of a surface. The most common type of level is the spirit level, or bubble level.
