The DID-4A Cedar Digital Torque Screwdriver with Memory & USB Data Output , 35 lb-in Capacity, 0.20~35.00 lbf-in Measuring Range is a torque measuring manual screw driver designed for lab and production use. The DID-4A is a new, improved version of the DID-4. The DID-4A increases the reliability of tool by removing the internal clutch from the unit. An optional ratchet, part number: RA2, is sold separately The large LCD display measures bi-directional torque in real-time or peak modes. USB data output allows the user to graph torque vs time with optional SW-1SV-USB software. The DID-4A Cedar Digital Torque Screwdriver with Memory & USB Data Output , 35 lb-in Capacity, 0.20~35.00 lbf-in Measuring Range is a Torque Screwdriver that has an accuracy of +/- 0.5% F.S., +/-1 LSD and has programmable set-points that provide both an audible beep and green/red LED indicator for uniform tightening or GO/NO GO testing. In addition, it features a programmable counter that minimizes assembly errors by identifying mis-tightening and/or defective screws. Use the 800 internal memory for data recall or USB download for SPC.The DID substantially reduces scrap and rework costs by eliminating over and undertightening and is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications including the manufacture of electronic, appliance and aerospace assemblies. All new units include a 3 point certificate of calibration traceable to NIST. ISO-17025 certificates are available and listed under a separate part number.
