Mahr Federal EGH-1021 Surface Analyzer Small Bore Probe, 10-Micrometer Radius

The Mahr EGH-1021 small bore probe is intended for use with the Mahr Pocket Surf series portable surface roughness gauge (sold separately) for inside-bore testing applications with a minimum inside diameter (ID) of 3.2mm (0.125") and a maximum depth of 19mm (0.75"). The probe's 90-degree conical diamond stylus has a 10μm (0.0004") radius, which is suitable for use when measuring rough surfaces. It measures average roughness (Ra), mean depth (Rz), and maximum depth (Rmax) parameters, and meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 4287 and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B46.1 specifications. This small bore probe is suitable for applications such as evaluating a machined inner-bore surface.
