Body pH is a good indicator of overall health and there is evidence that maintaining a healthy pH will increase longevity. These strips provide accurate measurements for the making of cold and hot process soaps, general purpose pH testing, automotive applications, body saliva and urine testing, foods, cosmetics, detergents, soils (add distilled water), etc. Each pack contains a comparative color chart on the inner flap as shown in the product photos. Simply immerse the end of the strip into the liquid to be tested for half a second and remove. You may also use a dropper to apply the liquid to the test strip. Compare the color of the strip to the color chart to determine pH.
