The Thomas Traceable Monitoring Thermometer measures temperature in freezers, refrigerators, ovens, and water baths. The thermometer measures temperature from -50 to 70 degrees C (-58 to 158 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or - 1 degree C. The 0.8" temperature probe is attached to the base by a 10-foot cable. The 0.75" LCD display shows either ambient temperature or probe temperature with the push of a button. The thermometer is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standards, indicating that it is calibrated to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 levels.
