B&K Precision 2532B Digital Storage Oscilloscope, 40 MHz Bandwidth, 500 MSa/s Sampling Rate

The B&K Precision 2530 and 2540 series digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) have advanced triggering, automatic measurements, FFT, and deep waveform memory for electronics applications such as product design and debugging, repair and servicing, and electrical engineering education. It has a vertical sensitivity to 10mV per division for the full bandwidth and to 2mV per division when the gain control is engaged for capturing low-level signals. An ALT triggering function displays the signal from both channels simultaneously and a hold-off function stabilizes complex signals. The 2530 series has 25 and 40MHz bandwidths with a single-channel sample rate of 500MS/s. The 2540 series has 60 and 100MHz bandwidths with a single-channel sample rate of 1GS/s. The oscilloscopes have USB, RS232, and LAN interfaces for connecting to a computer to view waveforms and readings, and collect data.

The 2530 series additional specifications include a rise time of 8.8ns, and the 2540 series additional specifications include a rise time of 3.5ns. Educators can disable the Auto button that would automatically set up the scope to display a signal, requiring the user to learn how to set up scope parameters manually. The oscilloscope has a 5.7" color TFT-LCD with an internal 8 x 12 division grid for viewing waveforms.

They may have Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or European Conformity (CE) certification, or a specific category (CAT) safety rating, such as CAT5e.
