It features minimum, maximum and average memory, data hold button and adjustable auto power off trigger that is adjustable from 5 minutes to 1 hour and can be disabled. Accepts Type K, J, T or E probes. Displays difference between thermocouple readings T1-T2. Has 2.4-inch LCD with dual temperature readouts and relative time clock readout. Adjustable relative time clock enables resetting measurement timeline. Basic accuracy is +/-0.5 percent. Choice of three temperature units - degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit and Kelvin. Manual temperature compensation (offset) for thermocouples. Includes 2 K type bead thermocouple probes, user's manual and 1 Year Limited Warranty. Powered by 9V battery, not included.
