Filter adapter for DSLR. This thread adapter enables you to mount a 1.25" filter cell on the nose of your DSLR lens cap/filter. Use it to mount our Star Analyser diffraction grating as an objective grating. With a zoom lens on your DSLR, even without tracking, you can capture the spectra of stars. See the Hydrogen Balmer absorption lines on Vega! Detect the Carbon emission lines on a hot star! This adapter threads into a camera's 58mm filter cap. If your camera's threads are a different diameter, you will need to add a step-up or step-down ring purchased from any third party. |
