MCP BR2832 High Precision Digital LCR/LCZ Meter with 4 Selectable Signal Frequencies, 100Hz/120Hz/1KHz/10KHz

The MCP BR2832 is a micro-processor controlled handheld LCR meter with high accuracy, resolution & low power consumption. It can measure 4 primary parameters including inductance, capacitance, resistance, impedance and 4 secondary parameters such as dissipation factor, quality factor, phase angle and ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance), both primary and secondary parameters are simultaneously shown on the back-lit LCD display.

The BR2832 has wide measuring ranges, 0.1uH to 1,000 H for inductance, 0.1pF to 20mF for capacitance, 0.1mohm to 10 Mohm for resistance and impedance. And it provides a maximum reading of 40,000 for the primary parameter and a reading resolution of 0.0001 for the secondary parameter, the maximum measuring frequency of up to 100 KHz and constant internal resistance of 100 ohms and testing level of 0.6 Vrms. The auto range can instantly display the measuring results and automatically choose the desirable testing parameters based on components properties. Its measuring accuracy is up to 0.2%.

Front panel push buttons maximize the convenience of function and feature selection such as frequency, rate and L/C/R/Z selection. Tolerance mode can sort components, record mode aids to capture readings, convenient open/short clear function improves the measuring accuracy, and utility menu helps you easily take the selections of the key tone, auto power-off and storage.

The BR2832 is also equipped with a mini USB date port to be connected to a Windows PC for instant data transfer , ideal for applications that require remote control and data acquisition.
