The Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) ProteaTip Sample Prep Kit, 1-10 uL contains tips and reagents for enrichment of phosphopeptides from protein digest samples. The reagent solutions supplied with Protea’s TiO2 Sample Prep Kits are specially formulated to maximize the retention of phosphorylated peptides, while simultaneously minimizing the retention of non-phosphorylated peptides. The SP-124-24kit contains 24 TiO2 ProteaTips for 1-10 uL volumes, 10 mL TiO2 Reconstitution and Wash 1 Solution, 10 mL of TiO2 Wash 2 Solution, and 10 mL of TiO2 Elution Solution.
