The Amprobe MTL-90B test lead set contains two PVC-insulated lead wires with standard probe tips and two alligator clips for connecting a compatible electrical test meter to a device in electrical testing applications. The 48" lead wires have PVC insulation to protect hands from shock and heat. The lead wires have standard probe tips that are held against the conductor during testing. The alligator clips (also known as crocodile clips) fit onto the probe tips and have teeth that grip the conductor to provide a more secure, hands-free connection than the probe tips. The clips are 2.67" long and have a 0.30" jaw opening. The lead wires can be used with testing devices that have universal 4 mm jacks.
