Dwyer 1235 series well-tube type manometer uses red gauge fluid, or mercury or green color concentrate to provide direct reading of positive, negative, and differential pressure measurement for determining velocity and static pressures, leakage, fan and blower efficiency, filter resistance, and gas pressures. The manometer is calibrated in inH2O or mmH2O using water and is available in W/M-style for use with fluorescein green concentrate or mercury (sold separately), or D-style for use with red gauge fluid. The water column has 1/10" divisions for inch scales or 2mm for metric units. The scales have a positive mechanism to speed adjustments. Units are silkscreened in black on a white background to ease reading, and sealed with mylar to resist wear. Well assemblies are machined from solid acrylic plastic for durability and are permanently bonded to shatterproof clear plastic tubing to provide leak-proof joints. Visible wells and glands allow operators to inspect the manometer, and overpressure traps prevent fluid loss. The manometer has magnetic clips to mount on vertical surfaces and a clamp bar to prevent slipping. Magnets are removable to customize mounting.SpecificationsPressure typesStatic, vacuum, and differentialMedia typeAir and gasWetted parts materialAcrylic plasticCase materialVinyl tubingScaleInches of water, inches of mercuryFluid typeRed or green gauge fluid, or mercuryConnection1/8"MountMagnetic clipsMaximum pressure100psi, intermittentlyMaximum vacuum5 inHg (10 inHg absolute), intermittentlyMaximum temperature130 degrees FH is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.Manometers measure the pressure of a liquid or gas. The Dwyer® Series 475 Mark III Handheld Digital Manometer is ideal for field calibration, monitoring or trouble shooting HVAC systems, clean rooms, or a wide range of other low pressure pneumatic systems. This handy instrument measures positive, negative, or Differential Pressures of air and natural gases in ranges from 1" w.c. (0.249 kPa) to 150 psid (10.34 bar). The Series 475-FM is approved and is instrinsically safe for hazardous locations, Class 1, Div. 1, Group A, B, C, D, T4. Its simple operation and easy to read digital display make it an indespensable test instrument for the plant engineer, industrial hygienist and HVAC technician. When used with a Dwyer® Pitot tube, the Series 475 Mark III can also be used as an air velocity gage. The Series 475-FM Mark III is housed in a durable extruded aluminum case with its solid state circuitry mounted on a tough fiberglass epoxy circuit board. To meed the most demanding applications and to provide stability of instrument reading, the 1" w.c. range is compensated for position sensitivity through use of a unique dual sensor system. A standard 9 volt battery provides up to 100 hours of operation. Dual push pads on the front of the panel control on-off, auto zero, and pressure unit selection. No setup or leveling. The large 0.42" LCD display is easy to read, minimizing data collection errors. Units include a "low battery" indicator. The pressure sensor used is a highly stable silicon piezoresistive device. Standard connections are dual sized for 1/8" or 3/16" I.D. vinyl or rubber tubing. Complete instructions are conveniently printed on rear of housing. Also available is the convenient all-in-one kit (475-AV) is small, light, and easy to use. No set-up or leveling needed. Included is a Pitot tube, two static pressure tips with magnetic mounting measure pressure drop across filters, condenser coils, etc.

The Meriam M200-DI0030 Wet/Wet Smart portable digital manometer has an isolated differential sensor to compare the pressure between two sources. The meter has a measuring range of 0 to 30 differential psi. NIST traceable accuracy of + or - 0.05% of full scale (FS) is independent of temperature effect at 23 to 122 degrees F (-5 to +50 degrees C). The 1/8" female NPT connection is composed of 316L stainless steel and has Viton O-rings for use with liquids and potentially corrosive or wet gases. Engineering units include inches of water, psi, mm of Hg, inches of Hg, mbar, bar, kPa, kg/cm2, cm of H2O, user-selectable scaling, and square root. The meter can be field-recalibrated for zero, span, and linearity with one- or five-point calibration. Leak test feature allows users to view Min/Max pressure values and calculate the leak rate per minute in pressure units when pressure testing pneumatic systems. Exponential damping has a user-selectable time constant from 0.1 to 25 seconds to minimize the effect of pulsating pressures. The keypad has a sealed membrane to protect the instrument from contamination, and five dome contact-style buttons to ease operation. The two-line LCD shows 5 significant digits, and has contrast adjustment for use in a variety of lighting situations. The two-stage backlight provides visual indication of over-range measurements. The display can read out in any of eleven pressure units, or can be linearly scaled for user-selectable scaling. The meter has a square root flow function to display flow rate in user-defined units. An adjustable damping feature minimizes the effects of pulsating pressures. A Min/Max function captures the extremes of pulsating or varying pressure signals, and a Hold function freezes the display at any point of interest. Auto Record retains up to 240 readings for future recall. The meter has automatic shut-off at user-selectable times of 10, 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds to extend battery life. The polycarbonate case is permanently static dissipative to provide ESD protection. ...

The 480 VaneometerTM Swing Vane Anemometer is a durable low-priced instrument specifically designed to simplify the measurement of low air velocities from 25 to 400 feet per minute. OSHA, EPA, and other safety ventilation requirements for spray booths and at fume, smoke, and dust exhaust hoods can now be quickly checked, even by untrained personnel. Its small size and light weight - only four ounces - make it ideal to carry from one work station to another. A versatile steel mounting bracket fro continuous monitoring is also included. The VaneometerTM Swing Vane Anemometer is accurate to ±5% of full scale to 100 FPM and ±10% from 100 FPM to top of scale. It has a spirit level to ensure accurate readings and the large scales are easy to read and visible from both sides. The housing is molded from tough ABS plastic and easy to clean with soap and water. The polyester vane can be cleaned with lacquer thinner. A spare vane is provided. Use a VaneometerTM Swing Vane Anemometer to measure velocity of air flow into laboratory fume hoods and at paint spray booths to determine when to change filters. Or wherever needed to meet OSHA standards of ventilation for smoke, dust, or fume removal. (480 shown)
