The Winters PPC series pressure gauge with stainless steel 316L wetted parts has a liquid-fillable circular dial enclosed in a PBT case and a lower mount male connection with 1/2" NPT rate, and measures pressure with a dual scale (psi/kPa)/(Hg. vacuum/kPa) with an accuracy of + or - 1%. The stainless steel 316L wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. The chemical-resistant PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) case is color-coded for ease of process identification. The case comes in four different colors that are UV resistant and will not fade. The case is Ingress Protection certified IP65 for protection against solid objects including dust or liquids. The circular dial is 4" (100 mm) in diameter and liquid-fillable to protect against vibration and pulsation. The dial has an aluminum anodized black pointer and the lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The gauge measures pressure with a dual scale of either psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The gauge is accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom of the gauge and has a 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The ring for the gauge is PBT and the bourdon tube is seamless drawn stainless steel 316L for additional strength. The movement is stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance. The welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) silver alloy for strength. The over-pressure limit is 30% of full scale value for pressures up to 600 psi (4,147 kPa) and 15% of full scale value for pressures over 600 psi (4,147 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -40 to 150 degrees F (-40 to 65 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for machinery, process lines, compressors, and hydraulics with heavy vibration and pulsation.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given appl...

The NoShok 200 series 4" (100 mm) pressure gauge has brass wetted parts, a dry circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case, a lower mount male 1/4" NPT connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1%. The brass wetted parts are for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. The stainless steel 304 case provides corrosion resistance. The instrument glass lens on the dry 4" dial provides strength and clarity. The dial is white aluminum with black markings, is UV resistant, and has a black finished aluminum pointer. The gauge measures pressure with either a single or a dual scale in inch water column (WC), psi, or oz./square inch. The gauge is accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom of the gauge and has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The movement is brass and nickel-silver with highly polished bearing surfaces. The gauge has an ultra-sensitive copper alloy diaphragm capsule. The gauge operates in both fluctuating and static pressures up to 90% of the dial range. The ambient temperature for the gauge is 0 to 140 degrees F (-18 to 60 degrees C). The media temperature range is -4 to 140 degrees F (-20 to 60 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for medical, biomedical, HVAC, gas distribution, filtration, burner and gas combustion service, and wastewater treatment applications.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a...

The NoShok 400 series pressure gauge has stainless steel 316 wetted parts, a dry, fillable, or liquid-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case, a lower mount or center back male connection, and measures pressure with a single scale with an accuracy of + or - 1%, 1.5%, or 2.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts and the stainless steel 304 case provide corrosion resistance. The gauge measures pressure with a single psi or Hg. vacuum scale. The dial comes in 1.5" (40 mm), 2.5" (63 mm) diameters, 4" (100 mm), and 6" (152 mm) diameters. The dial can be dry, dry/fillable, or liquid filled, depending upon the model. The specifications for each type of gauge vary according to the gauge size. The dial lens comes in three different forms of transparent materials for strength and clarity. The lens on the 1.5" and 4" diameter dials is instrument glass. The lens on the 2.5" diameter dial is transparent polyamide. The lens on the 6" dial is laminated safety glass. The dial is white aluminum with black markings and is UV resistant. The pointer type varies depending upon the dial size. The 1.5" dial has a black finished aluminum pointer. The 2.5" and 4" dials have a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish. The 6" dial also has a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish, and it is micrometer-adjustable.Gauge accuracy varies according to gauge size. The 1.5" dial is accurate to + or - 2.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade B accuracy class. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The 4" and 6" gauges are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. All gauges come with either a lower mount or center back connection. The connection for the 1.5" gauge is a 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The connection for the 2.5" gauge is a 1/4" NPT rate. The connection for the 4" and 6" gauges is a 1/2" NPT rate. The DigiVac Active Gauge Vacuum Transmitter with Replaceable Thermocouple Sensor Delivers Big Results in a Small Package. No mounting is required. The device has no moving parts giving you a durable and reliable gauge like no other. Unlike other vacuum transmitters on the market, this active gauge can be field replaced allowing longer transmitter life. Measures from 1 micron to 760,000 microns (760 Torr) or atmosphere. Since the active gauge vacuum transmitter measures through the full range of rough vacuum, you can easily pinpoint either gross or fine process errors or leaks. Every device is calibrated and pretested under actual vacuum against a NIST standard.
