The NoShok 400 series pressure gauge has stainless steel 316 wetted parts, a dry, fillable, or liquid-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case, a lower mount or center back male connection, and measures pressure with a single scale with an accuracy of + or - 1%, 1.5%, or 2.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts and the stainless steel 304 case provide corrosion resistance. The gauge measures pressure with a single psi or Hg. vacuum scale. The dial comes in 1.5" (40 mm), 2.5" (63 mm) diameters, 4" (100 mm), and 6" (152 mm) diameters. The dial can be dry, dry/fillable, or liquid filled, depending upon the model. The specifications for each type of gauge vary according to the gauge size. The dial lens comes in three different forms of transparent materials for strength and clarity. The lens on the 1.5" and 4" diameter dials is instrument glass. The lens on the 2.5" diameter dial is transparent polyamide. The lens on the 6" dial is laminated safety glass. The dial is white aluminum with black markings and is UV resistant. The pointer type varies depending upon the dial size. The 1.5" dial has a black finished aluminum pointer. The 2.5" and 4" dials have a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish. The 6" dial also has a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish, and it is micrometer-adjustable.Gauge accuracy varies according to gauge size. The 1.5" dial is accurate to + or - 2.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade B accuracy class. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The 4" and 6" gauges are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. All gauges come with either a lower mount or center back connection. The connection for the 1.5" gauge is a 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The connection for the 2.5" gauge is a 1/4" NPT rate. The connection for the 4" and 6" gauges is a 1/2" NPT rate. The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying...

The PIC Gauge 313D-404CF pressure gauge has stainless steel 316 wetted parts, which provide corrosion resistance, and a dry, fillable, 4" circular dial enclosed in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel case. The dry case can be filled with fluid (not included). Fluid dampens vibration and reduces wear, increasing accuracy and life span compared to dry pressure gauges. The laminated safety glass lens is resistant to corrosion and scratching that can cause reading errors. The black aluminum pointer is adjustable, and the stainless steel bezel is removable. This gauge features an accuracy of + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) Grade 2A accuracy class. The male connection mounted on the lower back portion of the gauge is welded to the case and has a ring clamp and a 1/4" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. The pressure gauge is suitable for measuring pressure in corrosive environments.

Perma-Cal P/N 101FTM27B21 (Dial Trim: Mirror Band, Dampening, Ext. Zero Adj. | Misc. Options: NONE) Perma-Cal® Industries, Inc. has been a leader in quality and design of Direct Drive (helically wound bourdon tube) pressure gauges for over 35 years. Reliable in the most rugged environments, Perma-Cal® Industrial Gauges are designed to withstand hostile applications, including intense vibration, shock, pulsation and overpressure. Design standards meet or exceed most industrial, aerospace & military specifications. What's the Difference? | Superior Reliability: Manufactured using Direct Drive technology, Perma-Cal® Pressure Gauges feature a helically would bourdon tube, only one moving part, no gears, linkages, or springs to wear or break, and no liquid fill. This allows the gauge to endure rugged conditions unsuited for traditional c-tube type gauges. Perma-Cal® gauges can also withstand a 50% overpressure without going out of calibration. | No Liquid Fill: Perma-Cal® provides a longer life gauge than liquid filled gauges without the leaking or discoloring problems of liquid fill. Perma-Cal® gauges are internally dampened to eliminate pointer flutter. | 100% American Made: Proudly, Perma-Cal® manufactures its industrial pressure gauges in Minden, NV using only American made parts. Aspects of the manufacturing process not completed in house are outsourced to support local small businesses. | Reduced Cost of Ownership: In addition to reduced risk of failure by having only one moving part, Direct Drive design produces a gauge which withstands more cycles and outlasts its competitors significantly reducing the ongoing cost of ownership. | Safety Comes Standard: Perma-Cal® Pressure Gauges are designed to the utmost standard of safety. A very low volume elastic element, rear blowout features and a solid front case produce the safest gauge possible. Also, not all Direct Drive gauges offer a solid front case.
