Model: 52-243-012-1
The Fowler 54-565-233 High-Accuracy Ultima Bore Gauging System has a measurement range of 7.878 to 8.27" and is accurate to + or - 0.00006". Resolution is 0.00001" and the measuring depth is 3.15". The gauge has constant spring pressure for repeatability and Bower's FastFit measuring heads for rapid measurement. It uses a three-point contact system for the detection of lobing or triangular form error, and ceramic contact points provide high durability and stability with regard to thermal expansion. The Ultima system requires connection to a Sylvac or multiplexer display unit. This product has 1 year warranty offered by Fowler High Precision. If you experience any problem contact Fowler directly for warranty claims.

The Mitutoyo 339 series Digimatic tubular LCD inside micrometer includes a set of hollow, tubular extension pipes to help provide light weight with rigidity and balance shoulderswhen measuring inside dimensions of cylinders, rings, and parallel surfaces. It has a single-value LCD readout that displays in metric units with resolution to 0.001mm, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) data output to transmit results to a computer or external device. The output jack transmits SPC results to a computer through an interface cable (sold separately). The micrometer’s electronic microprocessor can hold measurements at any position, convert to absolute value, set a temporary zero position, and return to a true zero reading. The electronics housing has an Ingress Protection 65 (IP65) rating, which means that components are resistant to penetration by dust and debris, and resistant to penetration by liquids and coolant up to the force of a low-pressure (to 30 kilonewtons/meter-squared) water jet. The measuring faces are carbide-tipped for wear resistance. The micrometer includes, and is powered by, a single SR44 silver oxide battery, and comes with a wooden case for storage.Micrometers are precision measuring instruments that use a calibrated screw to measure small distances. These measurements are translated into large rotations of the screw that are then able to be read from a scale or a dial. Micrometers are typically used in manufacturing, machining, and mechanical engineering. There are three types of micrometer: outside, inside, and depth. Outside micrometers may also be called micrometer calipers, and are used to measure the length, width, or outside diameter of an object. Inside micrometers are typically used to measure interior diameter, as in a hole. Depth micrometers measure the height, or depth, of any shape that has a step, groove, or slot.Mitutoyo manufactures precision measuring tools, metrology equipment, and systems. The Brown & Sharpe Intrimik analog vernier inside micrometer has three-point contacts for self-centering measurement of the inside dimension (ID) of bores, and a vernier scale in inch units for taking precise inside dimension (ID) measurements. The micrometer is made of high-grade tool steel with a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish. The vernier scale is graduated to 0.0005â€. A knurled friction thimble helps provide quick adjustment capability. The measuring faces are tungsten carbide-tipped for wear resistance. The micrometer includes a 6†extension, and comes with a wooden case for storage.Micrometers are precision measuring instruments that use a calibrated screw to measure small distances. The Starrett 824 series fixed range vernier inside micrometer has an adjustable sleeve and adjustable contacts on the thimble end help provide accurate measurements, and a vernier scale in inch units for making precise measurements. A knurled thimble helps provide secure grip, and the handles are heat-insulated to help reduce temperature-related expansion or contraction. The vernier scale is graduated to 0.001†and a knurled ring-type lock nut holds measurements in place. The micrometer has a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish.Micrometers are precision measuring instruments that use a calibrated screw to measure small distances.
