The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying...

This Parker 14E17B13FC compact filter/pressure regulator combination or "piggy-back" is part of the Prep-Air II series for high moisture removal in a pneumatic system. The filter removes oil, water, and particulate as small as 5 micron, and the regulator is a relieving type for venting excess pressure from the line. It has a metal bowl for strength and durability and auto drain. This element/regulator has an operating pressure range of 2 to 125 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) and a high-flow 1/4" National Pipe Thread (NPT) port for a flow rate of 18 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm). Compressed air filters remove pollutants and submicronic contaminants from clean air in compressed air handling and preparation systems. Clean compressed air provides and controls energy, conveys materials, and is critical to the safe operation of equipment in many industries. Compressed air filters remove particulates (dirt), oil, water, and oil vapor. They can be combined with other units, integrating with either a regulator, which controls excess pressure for better performance, or a lubricator, which adds oil mist to the air, or both. They are typically constructed of metal, such as zinc or type 316 stainless steel, or transparent polycarbonate, and are available with optional indicators, gauges, and drain configurations depending on the application. Compressed air filters are used in a wide range of applications, including food processing, electronics, health care, and instrumentation, among others.Parker Hannifin manufactures electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic motion technologies and systems for liquid handling, filtration, sealing and shielding, climate control, process control, and aerospace applications. The company, founded in 1918, is headquartered in Cleveland, OH.

Combining clean design, small size and low cost with enough accuracy for all but the most demanding applications our Minihelic II gage offers the latest in design features for a dial type differential pressure gage. It is our most compact gage but is easy to read and can safely operate at total pressures up to 30 psig. The Minihelic II gage is designed for panel mounting in a single 2-5/8" diameter hole. Standard pressure connections are barbed fittings for 3/16" ID tubing; optional 1/8" male NPT connections are also available. Over-pressure protection is built into the Minihelic II gage by means of a blow-out membrane molded in conjunction with the diaphragm. Accidental over-ranging up to the rated total pressure will not damage the gage. With removable lens and rear housing, the gage may be easily serviced at minimum cost. With the housing molded from mineral and glass filled nylon and the lens molded from acrylic, the gage will withstand rough use and exposure as well as high total pressure. The 5% accuracy and low cost of the Minihelic II gage make it well-suited for a wide variety of OEM and user applications. OEM applications include cabinet air purging, medical respiratory therapy equipment, air samplers, laminar flow hoods, and electronic air cooling systems. As an air filter gage, the Minihelic II gage finds many end use applications on large stationary engines, compressors, ventilators, and air handling units. The Minihelic II gage is suitable for many of the same applications as the Magnehelic gage where the greater accuracy, sensitivity, and higher and lower differential pressure ranges of the Magnehelic gage are not required.
